Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Manfred studied abroad. Manfred was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Manfred decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After months of barely getting by, Manfred managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He worked as a nervous Spy and found it very stressful. He tends to his Spy job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
