History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adam grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adam grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adam. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: 6'4" and muscular, this northern man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His long blonde hair reaches down to his waist. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Theobald and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
