History: Peter was born with his mother's beautiful face. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His skin is also unnaturally pale. He sports a flattop hair cut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a greataxe on his belt. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: Raymond wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was taken from his home at a very young age. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He wears an entirely green suit with violet socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He has no hair. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Aldous was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality
