History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Rolf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and is pretty ugly. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his youth he was a Glassblower, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is typically in his Jeweler uniform. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Jeweler responsibilities is difficult; and to be a hunter again

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and revenge
