Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
