History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to clean up the streets

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Scribe for the past few years.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arnold fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
