History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A gifted student he started as a Layabout, but he got bored and became a Tailor. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Shane was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
