History: Nicholas was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Courier but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and wants a kiss

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sculptor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
