Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a pickaxe, but if one is not available he will default to his bastard sword. He has silver hair. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is white and very short. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Shane is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Sage, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and wants to open a new tavern

He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Drogo was born the youngest of three triplets. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, and he perpetually has his rapier ready. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He is a Hag in disguise. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Simon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears bulky black painted plate armor, marred by sweets. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
