History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
