Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his spear with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His white hair is long and unkept. His eyes are violet.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears bulky black painted plate armor. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Theodoric lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Theodoric took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Crown-heir. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: He wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple green line shooting up and back down. He wears his blonde hair up. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heward does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature morningstar.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fletcher, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright violet and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Heward liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Heward never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
