History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Hugh took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
