Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Charles enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Charles was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He usually wears his grey robe and has his longbow always slung over his shoulder. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his longbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 54. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the east to a Brewer, Ralf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Brewer.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He wears a yellow shirt with thin green vertical stripes and black pants. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Charles is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Charles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
