Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Human Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has worked as a Layabout like his mother before him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This tall, slender man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his bastard sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His blonde hair is braided into rings. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ernest will drive conversation. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Ernest's homeland. Ernest decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is greedy

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Architect; and he's attracted to the pc

Description: 6'6" and muscular, this northern man is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and blue handkerchief worn on his right side. His brown hair is heavily combed to the right. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Gerald was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gerald's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
