Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nicholas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Gomory began to lead the lost caravan. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Frederick was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Don embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Don was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has achieved small success as a Gardener.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
