History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kyle was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the west to a Bookbinder, Raymond learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has achieved small success as a Bookbinder.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has worked as a Fisher like his mother before him.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Baker profession.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
