History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bricklayer and was forced into it by his family; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Reynard was taken on many hunting expeditions. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Reynard has worked very hard to control his curse. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Lewis has worked very hard to control his curse. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a Barkeep, his father struggled to pay the bills. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and money/treasure
