History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Tailor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He became a Layabout soon after.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Jocelyn abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he feels threatened by others

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Gilbert reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
