Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Fletcher. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has green eyes and a tan hat with a black feather.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He takes great joy in being the best Fletcher in town.
History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. Bertram liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: This man has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his right hand. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Blacksmith who has hired him part-time. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. He has worked as a Blacksmith like his mother before him.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Blacksmith responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Thomas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Thomas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new junk dealer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
