History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a greataxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lance was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
