Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He wears his brown hair up. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the south to a Spice Merchant, Bertram learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a green cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. His hair is short and brown. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Patrick liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down
