Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ralf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Heward was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heward's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

He wears a colorful flower in his white hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Robert is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and retire the richest man in the west
