Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Shane is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student he started as a Ploughman, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
