Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Weaver mother left him crippled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Adelard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When Adelard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
