Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a grey coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: John lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Crown-heir. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sellsword born in the past three hundred years. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Gifted from a young age, Roland studied abroad. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
