Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His hair is cut close to his head. He has amber eyes.
Personality: Aldous speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull violet iron scale mail. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: Standing 5'0", this man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His golden hair is knotted and matted. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He takes great joy in being the best Shepherd in town.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His silver hair is long and unkept. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Theobald is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, marred by teas. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is baby faced.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Percival embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
