History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He tends to his Sculptor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Ernest lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Interpreter for the past few years.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a very tight haircut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. After a long history of fighting, Adelard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Tim was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Brewer. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.
