History: Chad hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Chad was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Everard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
