History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
