History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Miles's homeland. Miles decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'8" when asserting himself. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Crown-heir but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Alexandre was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's also a talented Fisher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Crown-heir and was forced into it by his family; and he has money and likes to spend it

His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Gifted from a young age, Adam studied abroad. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miner arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Odo was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Odo's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content
