History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Frederick was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Crown-heir. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Crown-heir and found it very stressful. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
