Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a Stylist, his father struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Now he works as a painting tutor during his time off.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to share knowledge with the world

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When Percival reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away.
