History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dean was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: William hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
