Description: He wears a tight fitting white shirt and pants, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'7" when asserting himself. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Adelard has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He carries with him a set of ceremonial daggers on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: He stands about 6'5" and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to unite with his brother

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears red painted combat armor at almost all times. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Peter enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Peter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Ideals: Justice. Flaws: Hedonist. Bonds: Poor, Adventurer. Occupation: Stylist
