He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
