Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he prefers to wear red clothing when he does not wear armor. His brown hair is cut short. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Patrick will drive conversation. The war was a terrible time for him, and Patrick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Patrick never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Heward lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Trym is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's also a talented Actor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
