Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Percival will drive conversation. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Percival never married again.
