History: He comes from a rich northern family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roland embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: He wears a green shirt, with a black mid length shorts with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is lengthy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Manfred abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Balimaar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

He prefers to wear violet clothing when he does not wear armor, and his gloved hand is found clutching a shortspear. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to share knowledge with the world
