History: Justin hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Justin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
