Adelard Ainsley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'0". He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings, and his gloved hand is found clutching a scimitar. His tied-back hair is golden. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Adelard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Farmer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
