Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Richard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name.
