Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a tattered pair of loose red pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. At a young age his mother died while driving off some goblins. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in flail use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Conrad was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.

Description: This malnourished man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Balimaar will drive conversation. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his tan robe, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and doesn't want to be a soapmaker and was forced into it by his family

Description: An older man who wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a axe, but if one is not available he will default to his lance, he is not a threatening figure. He has wavy blonde hair. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
