Description: This man is very fat, and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: Gerald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Bricklayer job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He is renowned for his bright brown suits and hats. His hair is long and silver with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. He has amber eyes.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Adelard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: To be a Roofer again; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears professional attire. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and wants to work out more often

He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Marshal. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: An older man who wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, he is not a threatening figure. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. When Godfrey reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To protect his home; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
