From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Knight for the past few years.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gerald will drive conversation. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
