History: Born in the east to a Stylist, Chad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He became a Stylist soon after.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Bertram will drive conversation. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Glassblower, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
