History: Anselm hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
