History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Anselm was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: Bertram is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Barber. He has achieved small success as a Barber.

History: Gilbert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Blacksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second son.
