History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Cory reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
