Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he's looking for his big break

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He wears his brown hair up. He has violet eyes and a black hat with a tan feather.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Hugh abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mortician but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Ernest lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Ernest has worked very hard to control his curse. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he prefers to wear violet clothing when he does not wear armor. His hair is cut close to his head. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
