History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hugh isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Performer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency.
